MARRIAGE EVENING

The earth star scened a pale rust panorama
The bathing river blanched a pallid gray
Globed atmosphere brewed melodic airs
Obligato cleansing commenced

This was no tedious scrub
Spent sighing in bemoaning lament
Rather we chanted polytonal illusions
Phantom Language of autistic absorption

Beat of hearts
Routing of blood
Counter-pointed
Ruffling water over river stones
Honey hued dulcet song
You composed sucking sounds
Limning language
Testing tonal nuptials
Ear and eye unisoned
We anticipated harmonious pact.
