"When I was in college I taught aerobics at a women's health club. All the
instructors were in great shape, but the most popular ones were also the
thinnest. These girls had whittled their limbs into sticks wrapped with a
layer of sinew. Ironically, they were the ones who wore the baggiest
street clothes. I could never decide if this was because they couldn't
find the minus zero sizes their narrow frames required or if they wore
